Requirements
- H.S. Diploma: required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
- 0 to 2 years of administrative experience required
- Possess problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to understand and carry out assigned duties effectively
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery & pick up of mail from the US Post Office.
- Operate equipment such as the postage meter, letter folding machine, and copier/scanner.
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring prompt delivery to the intended recipient.
- Coordinate, distribute, and respond to electronic correspondence.
- Package and ship mail to external locations. Maintain knowledge of proper sorting for multiple department’s mail.
- Responsible for participating in special projects as assigned and assist Consumer Loan Servicing with various tasks as assigned.
- Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to banking preferred.
