Requirements

  • Ability to work well under limited supervision

Responsibilities

  • Assists in general office administration duties to include filing, managing calendars, scheduling and planning meetings
  • Creates and prints memos, correspondence, reports and other documents when necessary
  • Supports in administrative tasks for various departments such as logistics and shipping, inventory management
  • Greets clients and visitors, and monitors as needed
  • Supports in execution of company-sponsored events and activities
  • Other duties as assigned
