Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and support activities for office staff as directed
  • Maintain office inventory, including ordering groceries, snacks, office supplies and any catering needs for meetings
  • Manage the office common areas and ensure all office/kitchen supplies and inventory are organized and well stocked
  • Provide support as needed for expense reporting for office purchases
  • Sort and distribute any incoming mail/packages and reading material
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
