Requirements
- Administrative assistant/office support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven resourcefulness and independent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at the same time with a commitment to quality
- Reliable, consistent, friendly and professional approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and support activities for office staff as directed
- Maintain office inventory, including ordering groceries, snacks, office supplies and any catering needs for meetings
- Manage the office common areas and ensure all office/kitchen supplies and inventory are organized and well stocked
- Provide support as needed for expense reporting for office purchases
- Sort and distribute any incoming mail/packages and reading material
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
