Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Detailed oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Covering front desk intercom/ phone call giving access to visitor entrance to the plant
  • Support production with customer service managers on requests to customers’ needs
  • Running reports on MCC as well as data entry to the system
  • Data entry on POs received
  • Answer phone inquiries, and direct calls and provide proper information
  • Perform clerical duties: take memos, organize documents, etc. as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college degree is not required but would be a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) would be a plus
