Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Detailed oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) would be a plus
- Comfortable multitasking
- Great customer service
- Proactive and self-driven

Responsibilities
- Covering front desk intercom/ phone call giving access to visitor entrance to the plant
- Support production with customer service managers on requests to customers’ needs
- Running reports on MCC as well as data entry to the system
- Data entry on POs received
- Answer phone inquiries, and direct calls and provide proper information
- Perform clerical duties: take memos, organize documents, etc. as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree is not required but would be a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) would be a plus
