Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, admin, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and a love for details
- Clear, friendly communication skills
- Proactive mindset—you notice things before they become problems
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and modern workplace tools
Responsibilities
- Liaise with building management and external facilities vendors
- Collaborate with shop manager to ensure the facility is well running & secure
- Manage daily office needs: supplies, mail, shipping, and general upkeep
- Coordinate lunch orders, team snacks, and catering for events
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (desks, swag, etc.)
- Maintain internal office documentation and systems
- Jump in on special operational projects to improve the workplace experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a fast-paced or growing team
- Prior work in aerospace, tech, or hardware companies
- Interest in sustainability, space, or frontier technology
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and budgeting basics
