Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, admin, or operations

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with building management and external facilities vendors
  • Collaborate with shop manager to ensure the facility is well running & secure
  • Manage daily office needs: supplies, mail, shipping, and general upkeep
  • Coordinate lunch orders, team snacks, and catering for events
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (desks, swag, etc.)
  • Maintain internal office documentation and systems
  • Jump in on special operational projects to improve the workplace experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a fast-paced or growing team
  • Prior work in aerospace, tech, or hardware companies
  • Interest in sustainability, space, or frontier technology
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination and budgeting basics
