Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- Occupational Health clinical experience required
- Workers Compensation experience required, including experience working with adjusters, RFAs, AOE/COE, work restrictions, etc.
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an Occupational Health clinic setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date
Responsibilities
- Managing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits onsite at a unique employer health clinic
- Evaluating, treating, and following up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions
- Managing the testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
