Requirements
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine, direct bedside care of patients of various ages as defined by the department scope of service.
- Personal hygiene assistance.
- Data collection and observation.
- Taking vital signs.
- Managing intake and output (I&O).
- Using medical equipment.
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADL’s).
- Documenting on the medical record.
- Answering call lights.
- Recognizing and responding to emergency situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Nursing Assistant certification upon hire
- Acute care or specialty experience.
