Requirements
- BSN required
- Current Ohio Nursing license required
- Certification in area of specialty/expertise recommended
- Minimum of three years hospital experience in pertinent clinical specialty (Operating Room) required
- 2-3 years in leadership/management/charge role required

Responsibilities
- Assist Director in supervising and directing nursing care and all related activities of the service
- Assure maintenance of the environment of care and all applicable standards/policies
- Utilize principles of the nursing process in providing care for patients
- Build and develop the patient care team using staff personnel, assistance to physicians, material and equipment, education of personnel and administrative duties
- Serve as chief retention and recruitment leader of the unit
- Accountable to the organization to understand and support the hospital’s mission, visions and values
