Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in preferred Engineering concentration in Mechanical Engineering
- Basic understanding of control theory and system dynamics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with creating 3D designs and drawings using dimensioning and tolerancing
- Experience with SolidWorks preferred
- Experience with leveraging spreadsheets, systems, and processes to complete tasks
- Must be graduating at least by June 2026
Responsibilities
- The candidate would have several projects throughout the internship
- Design and Fabrication of manufacturing tooling and fixtures
- Sustainability metrics ownership
- Manufacturing process improvements
- Propose new ideas to save on manufacturing costs, labor, or improve quality
- Test and present findings for assigned projects
- Create documentation and process flow diagrams, based on assigned projects
- Ability to support multiple concurrent tasks
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SolidWorks preferred
