Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C software, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial technology sectors.
- Proven experience leading global software products with distributed stakeholders and multi-language considerations.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including writing user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and facilitating sprint planning.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer pain points into actionable product features and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Adept at balancing competing priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, SaaS deployment, and digital UX best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for NIMBUS Color, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and global market trends.
- Define and manage the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly communicate product requirements to the development team.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, including R&D, UX/UI, regional business leads, and customer support, to gather feedback, define priorities, and ensure product-market fit.
- Lead product lifecycle activities, from ideation and design to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Drive customer discovery and validation through interviews, usage data, and feedback loops, using insights to inform future features and product improvements.
- Ensure high-quality execution by working hand-in-hand with project managers, QA teams, and software engineers in Agile ceremonies and release planning.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track adoption, usage, satisfaction, and performance, using this data to improve the product and demonstrate value.
- Champion the product vision across the organization, building alignment and buy-in from internal teams and external partners.
- Stay ahead of the competition by conducting regular market scans and monitoring trends in automotive refinish technology, digital tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive or coatings industry or working with color matching, formulation, or tinting systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enhanced product capabilities and understanding of how to bring intelligent features to market.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Jira.
