Responsibilities
- Perform initial or follow-up sales calls to prospective and current customers
- Track daily production and submit daily sales logs to direct supervisor
- Maintain departmental call volume requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals
- Adhere to phone activity/compliance standards
- Assist customers with their order or order-related questions
- Communicate with potential customers via internet chat, e-mail, and click to call software
- Maintain accurate notation and details of each customer account
- Assist other departments and team members when required
- Seek continual education opportunities
