Requirements

• 5+ years in digital advertising, streaming monetization, or related fields
• Proven ability to build relationships, identify client needs, and close new business in a consultative sales environment
• Experience with CTV streaming services and content providers, with a deep understanding of streaming monetization strategies
• Ability to leverage data and key performance metrics to optimize client outcomes and inform decision-making
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer success
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and diverse audiences
• Adaptability and a willingness to thrive in a fast-growing, evolving business environment

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new advertisers within the streaming ecosystem, focusing on advertising agencies and performance marketers
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring alignment with Moloco’s revenue targets and key strategic initiatives within the streaming industry
• Develop a deep understanding of the advertisers’ needs and goals, positioning Moloco’s solutions as the key driver of revenue growth in their streaming strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop tailored strategies for new clients and ensure successful implementation of Moloco’s solutions
• Represent Moloco at key industry events, positioning the brand as a leader in streaming monetization, while evangelizing Moloco’s cutting-edge machine learning technology
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity in the streaming space, providing valuable insights that can influence Moloco’s strategy and product development
