Requirements
- Experience with Cisco network switches, routers, and firewalls
- Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with the design process or administering the process for complex DoD network systems, Associate’s degree and 6+ years of experience with the design process or administering the process for complex DoD network systems, or Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience with the design process or administering the process for complex DoD network systems
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Responsibilities
- Develop program-wide infrastructure
- Maintain existing networks
- Analyze existing systems and networks for future upgrades and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in classified spaces to implement network solutions
- Experience with VMware ESXi and maintaining a virtualized environment
- Experience with the Navy ATO process
- Knowledge of optimizing system operations and resource utilization
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
