Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting network switching and routing
- Experience providing installation of network and VoIP systems
- Experience troubleshooting Cisco VoIP solutions
- Ability to interact with customers and manage customer experiences
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues in virtual environments
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Security+ Certification
Responsibilities
- Develop specialized infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
- Increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems
- Apply expertise in administration, routing and switching, integration of encryption gear, network design and architecture, and system interoperability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying DoD STIGs for network devices
- Experience working in SAPF and SCIF environments
- Ability to create and manage network support documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Information Systems
- CCNA or CCNP Certification
