Requirements
- High school graduate.
- 1-2 years of related experience as MH Sales and/or industry knowledge.
- License and/or certification as needed per state requirements.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must have knowledge of vertical and horizontal construction, Sales, and Financing.
- Must be able to respond to client’s needs, requirements, and expectations in a timely manner, with a positive attitude, while working under high stress.
- Strong sense of urgency to achieve deadlines.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and task driven.
- Ability to develop relationships with construction team and customers.
Responsibilities
- Frequent engagement with Developers and Mobile Home Community Operators, Non-profits, government entities, and urban/city infield developments.
- Execute sales and sales growth in assigned markets.
- Creating market and product strategy by studying the various markets, market share potentials, and market growth potentials in assigned territories.
- Cultivate new business opportunities with primary focus on nonprofit partners, government entities and city/infield opportunities as well as developers and manufactured home community operators.
- Understand our target audiences – their attitudes, behaviors, needs, and opportunities for engagement.
- Oversee successful and efficient social media, consumer insights, and other forms of marketing as needed.
- Continuously prospect new avenues to build market share while keeping a keen focus on providing exceptional customer service to create brand loyalty and build referrals.
- Support HBG by taking ownership of order accuracy to minimize or eliminate change orders, special requests, and schedule changes.
- Attending Local Zoning and building trade shows.
- Present Products as solution to city/county officials at local meetings.
- Feature Benefit products to potential clients – Would need to have in-depth product knowledge and enterprise-wide offerings.
- Partner with HBG to get quotes and pricing for floor plan offerings.
- Attending zoning meeting for development and greenfield projects.
- Provide marketing materials to local and state governments along with zoning boards to allow our industry growth in these markets and overcome stigma challenges.
- Partnering with the Vertical Construction team to initiate the construction process and line out time frame through completion.
- Continuous contact with customers to provide updates, critical changes, and or time-line changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience of MH Sales a plus.
