Requirements
- 8–10 yrs multi‑rooftop used‑vehicle sales leadership with digital retail exposure.
- Proven record building repeatable processes in start‑up or transformation environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with vAuto (or equivalent), CRM/lead‑management suites and pricing analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or advanced analytics coursework a plus.
- Ability to travel ~40%.
Responsibilities
- Translate corporate forecasts into quarterly, monthly and store‑level targets.
- Leverage market‑demand signals, vAuto pricing guides and aged‑inventory dashboards to set daily sales objectives.
- Own vehicle presentation in all retail channels (photos, dynamic pricing, incentives).
- Partner with Marketing on SEO/SEM, remarketing campaigns and omnichannel lead routing.
- Design and document a standardized ‘Road‑to‑the‑Sale’ playbook including CRM checkpoints, lead response SLAs and close‑rate KPI ladders.
- Build & prioritize a backlog of fast‑follow capabilities.
- Recruit, onboard and coach RSMs; establish a weekly KPI cadence and dashboard.
- Embed financial‑literacy micro‑sessions (gross/unit, inventory cost of capital, turn velocity).
- Lighten RSM tactical load by creating repeatable workflows and centralized tools.
- Sync with Inventory Manager on sourcing mix.
- Serve as sales voice in culture forums.
