Requirements
- Minimum of three-to-five years of relevant experience, preferably in publishing or educational fields
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Proven major account sales ability with a strong record of achieving significant sales growth
- Evidence of strong customer orientation and ability to form and build effective customer relationships
- Proven track record of working alone and in teams
- Display initiative and flexibility with attention to detail
- Excellent written communication, presentation, and social skills
- Knowledge of commonly used desktop tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Key Account team to develop and implement strategies for increasing National Geographic Learning ELT market share in K12 schools around the country
- Ensure customer success with our material by creating and delivering training materials and partnering closely with the Secondary Customer Success team so they are effective and up to date on our products and platforms
- Participate in and / or lead customer meetings alongside the assigned Secondary educational sales consultant to identify needs, help close new business and retain existing business
- Deliver impactful presentations to districts to win adoptions
- Partner with product teams to ensure product plans and US marketing plans will succeed in the US market
- Find opportunities to involve other team members either within the ELT organization or within the K12 team as appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ESL/ELT
- Experience in US K12
