Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with SHI, including on-site experience at SHI in Austin.
  • Must be located in Austin, TX, as they will be working on-site with SHI.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic national accounts.
  • Strong experience working with large IT distributors, VARs, or cybersecurity channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industry trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SHI in Austin.
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies to drive revenue and adoption of Coro’s cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within SHI.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within SHI.
  • Drive account growth by expanding partnerships, upselling, and cross-selling Coro’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support account initiatives.
  • Provide SHI with the necessary tools, training, and support to drive successful sales.
  • Work closely with partner sales teams to increase engagement and pipeline generation.
  • Ensure a seamless and rewarding partnership experience through proactive account management.
  • Track and analyze account performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates on account health, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities.
