Requirements
- 10+ years relevant work experience plus 3 years supervisory experience
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Excellent judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Ability to manage general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all multimedia productions from pre to post, and assigning projects and shoots to the team and effectively communicating with senior leadership, admins and other departments to schedule production needs
- Scheduling video productions and photo opportunities
- Proofing photo, multimedia and video projects and providing feedback before approval process
- Managing the internal ticket request system, and key objectives, results and reporting
- Managing studio space and film equipment so both stay in working order
- Manage internal media storage server
- Collaborate with all team members of Communications and Community Affairs to create original content for our public facing platforms
- Developing storylines that align to key messaging and brand guidelines, and providing guidance on multimedia projects
- Full production set up and breakdown in studio and in-the-field
