Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in luxury lease-ups, high-end retail, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing & social media
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Leasing Consultants
- Develop innovative marketing strategies
- Build strong resident relationships and spearhead an engaging retention program
- Conduct regular competitive market analysis
- Maintain high standards in unit showings, guest follow-ups, and leasing performance
