Requirements
- Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, as a Business Systems Analyst, or a related occupation
- Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered, as a Business Systems Analyst or a related occupation

Responsibilities
- Act as a technical program Manager for programs with core expertise of analyzing the new asks from cross functional teams and mapping them to the organization’s tools/applications
- Facilitate requirement elicitation and solution design meetings to understand and collect product, business and technical needs
- Resolve ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements
- Identify and design new processes that may be required in support of the project, using and adapting existing processes where possible
- Ensure alignment of projects and requirements to strategic objectives
- Summarize and present complex issues to a variety of audiences
- Assign projects/tasks to the team based on their bandwidth, expertise, project timelines, and deliverables
- Continual upskilling of technical skills by guiding the team regarding internal Products and applications
