Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline; strong academic background
- 1-2 years of related experience, (Private Credit or Private Equity experience plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use data to create metrics and reporting, modeling experience plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with interest in bringing new ideas to increase efficiency of existing processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
- Highly motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic
- Personal and professional integrity
Responsibilities
- Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all investment data/statistics needed for accurate reporting
- Assist and manage data reconciliation with Fund Administrators
- Assist with preparation of standard quarterly reporting and individualized performance reporting (quantitative) for key institutional investors
- Assist with automation and enhancement of current reporting and data management
- Assist with data integration including position reconciliation
- Coordinate responses to data requests during annual financial audits and act as liaison between the auditors and the business unit
Preferred Qualifications
- Private Credit or Private Equity experience plus
