Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
- Associate’s degree in Health Science or equivalent education/experience
- RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy certification
- ARRT – Radiography certification
- OR CT-Computed Tomography certification
- CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist certification
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification within 30 Days of hire
- A complete understanding of technical principles, policies, and procedures in Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- A complete understanding of technical principles, policies, and procedures in general diagnostic radiography
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to deal with patients from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds
- Ability to perform numerous duties at a given time
- Ability to maintain records accurately
- Basic word-processing skills
- Good communication skills (both orally and in writing)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and successfully complete assigned workload in a stressful environment
