Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field desired
- 10 years of experience with Messaging experience, preferably in the banking industry
- Experience working with messaging middleware (e.g., IBM MQ, Tibco EMS)
- MQ administration experience with zOS and specifically with concepts like queue sharing groups, clusters, pub-sub and channel auths
- Experience in managing TLS certificates in either zOS or distributed MQ environment
- Experience with change and incident management
- Experience in application development that demonstrates thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to multitask and deliver quality work under pressure without being micromanaged.
Responsibilities
- Defining and executing on the messaging migration strategy.
- Administration of MQ zOS with queue sharing groups, clusters, pub-sub and channel auths.
- Engaging with development, infrastructure, security and IT operations team for messaging migration.
- Perform incident, problem and change management covering all supported systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Global Financial Services and or banking experience is strongly preferred.
