Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
- Must be interested and available to work first shift, (6AM –4:30PM, Monday – Thursday), working overtime, and/or short notice shift coverage.
Responsibilities
- Operates curing ovens as well as manual and automatic hydraulic heating and cooling molding equipment.
- Monitors molding temperature and pressure.
- Verifies platen/mold temperature per specifications.
- Selects, assembles, molds, disassembles, operates and cleans mold parts.
- Reads and deciphers the Phenolic Core molding Characteristics chart.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using basic measuring devices (micrometer, calipers, protractors, and etc.) to ensure product meets specifications.
- Understanding and ability to read basic CAD drawings/prints.
- Production and inspection experience.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Possess basic mathematical skills and can perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read and use Micrometer/Calipers.
