Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance adjudication with ability to pass a poly
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.
- Foundational understanding of missile and radar systems modeling.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-fidelity threat missile and radar simulation models that replicate real-world systems and behaviors.
- Enhance and maintain existing models using advanced modeling and simulation tools in alignment with the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) delivery schedule.
- Integrate threat models into the JSE simulation architecture, performing thorough integration and regression testing to ensure operational performance and reliability.
- Analyze simulation outputs, validate models against empirical data, and refine systems for improved realism and predictive accuracy.
- Utilize technical data packages and intelligence sources to inform model development and contribute to test planning and execution.
