Requirements
- 15+ years of experience working with modeling and simulation
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain an IAT Level II Certification within 45 days of start date
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute modeling and simulation functions to support exercises, wargames, and cyber operations planning
- Use and adapt modeling and simulation tools to analyze resource planning and decision-making during wargames
- Lead efforts to design and assess new tools and methods for cyber exercise scenarios
- Support post-execution analysis to refine and improve future wargaming and force design activities
- Develop complex decision-support tools to enhance modeling and simulation capabilities in support of force design and resource planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modeling and simulation in support of military applications, including wargaming, and force design planning
- Experience developing and employing complex modeling and simulation decision support tools
- Experience designing seminars, wargames, and cyber exercise scenarios, and actively participating to assess the effectiveness of USCYBERCOM existing capabilities as well as new concepts, methods, and tools
- Knowledge of defense or intelligence data sources and analytic tools
- Ability to develop and employ modeling and simulation decision support tools to map and analyze resource planning and policy decisions by participants during wargame events on future cyberspace capabilities and tools
