Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in other languages such as French, Arabic & Lebanese
- Proven sales track record
- Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Building sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training
- Working from a sales management system designed for the sales channel
- Making joint sales calls with the Sales Manager
- Conducting monthly coaching sessions
