Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the wealth management industry
  • Aptitude toward learning new software and ability to be self-taught
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable and able to clearly facilitate and deliver a message to a moderate sized group of peers

Responsibilities

  • Provide group training virtually and in-person
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices amongst branch staff in terms of business tools and overall business practice
  • Contribute toward developing training programs and applicable reference material
  • Learn new applications, business relevance, strategy and benefits
  • Participate in various ‘special team’ initiatives or projects as they occur

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-branch Retail Brokerage experience with a strong understanding of business applications, processes and tasks
  • Experience in a training or coaching capacity
  • French language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conducts and Practices Handbook (CPH)
