Requirements

  • Experience deploying to and operating in DoD environments

  • Proven ability to capture and relay user feedback to technical teams
  • Willingness to travel
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and workflows
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain appropriate security clearances

Responsibilities

  • Deploy to Department of Defense bases and test sites to conduct live robot demonstrations, exercises, and field events
  • Serve as a frontline operator, technician, and evangelist for the systems
  • Engage directly with end users to capture valuable feedback, questions, and requirements
  • Support sales and business development efforts by helping convert field interest into customer traction
  • Responsible for the setup, troubleshooting, and safe operation of robot platforms in the field
  • Work closely with engineering teams to relay insights and improve product performance
  • Frequent travel, potentially up to 2-3 times per month and/or on short notice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior military experience (enlisted or officer, any branch)
  • Experience with DoD R&D programming and early milestone development
  • Hands-on experience with robotics or unmanned systems
  • Demonstrated success in on-contract growth and upsell, ideally with government buyers
  • Experience supporting sales/BD efforts in defense or government sectors
  • Background in field testing, demonstrations, or training in technical environments
  • Experience maintaining technical equipment in challenging field conditions
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and stakeholder relationships
