Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Operations, Analysis, Policy or Planning field.
  • Speechwriting or equivalent experience/responsibility.
  • Background in personnel career field or human resources highly desired.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • BA/BS required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the government in managing all current and future accession programs for the USSF.
  • Schedule and deconflict accession board schedules.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms and coordinate with USAF, AFRS, ROTC, AFPC, and S1P.
  • Identify requirements and codify policy/procedures to meet accession targets listed in the Program Guidance Letter (PGL).
  • Manage and maintain an effective record keeping of all written communications with the customers and communicate them to ETMO leadership.
  • Maintain a consolidated tracker for all members accessed into the USSF with critical dates.
  • Use a mappable/repeatable process for transfer process and validation that provides backward traceability to sources and decisions.
  • Submit work products and deliverables in hard copy and/or electronically (where applicable).
  • Utilize all security measures to protect PII.
  • Understand current policies, programs and procedures governing the DAF’s transfer and accessions program.
