Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5- 7 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including hands-on development and customization
- 3 years of experience in a leadership or manager role, managing technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale CRM implementations and integrations
- Experience in delivering in Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integration using tools, including the XRM toolbox, Plugin Registration Tool, and Solution Packager
- Display experience of CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) and their functionalities.
- Hands on coding skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and T-SQL
- Extensive experience with Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API, web services, and FetchXML.
- Experience with CRM performance through indexing, caching, and query tuning.
Responsibilities
- Managing and mentoring a team of on shore and offshore developers working on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of customizations, integrations, and enhancements for the Dynamics CRM platform. Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs
- Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates, features, and best practices. Debug and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
- Packaging and deploy solutions across environments (Dev, Test, Prod) using solution management best practices.
- Establishing and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. Conduct regular code review and ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements
- Fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
