Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in related fields such as III-V semiconductor light-emitting devices, semiconductor microelectronics or optoelectronics
- Semiconductor process experience and strong technical analysis ability
- Passionate about the consumer electronics and XR industries, have curiosity and learning ability, and have end-product thinking.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the process research and development, performance testing and industrial evaluation of AR microLED displays.
- Explore important technical directions for improving the performance and mass production of microLED technology.
- Establish a supplier resource pool, conduct supplier management, and carry out in-depth technical development and cooperation with suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with Ph.D. Degrees in III-V compound materials are preferred.
- Five or more years of work and experience in microLED displays are preferred.
