Requirements

  • Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at a leadership level.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for executives and stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and leverage technology for enhanced financial reporting and visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely management results.
  • Analyze and present key financial performance metrics, including revenue, margins, expenses, balance sheet insights, and ROE/ROA.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide variance analysis and meaningful business insights to senior leadership, driving performance improvements.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to communicate financial results in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
  • Identify business challenges and utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the development of Board of Directors reports, executive management briefings, and quarterly financial presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, maintaining strong financial controls and documentation.
  • Advise internal teams on industry trends, business risks, and strategic opportunities, providing financial leadership and transparency.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and operational analysis.
