Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant streaming SVOD product experience – prior experience within a subscription environment a plus
  • Must be highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a bias for action
  • Solution-oriented, with an ability to course-correct projects that go off-track in the face of pressure

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of existing and new features and experiences across AMCN’s streaming product portfolio inclusive of owned & operated and partner platforms
  • Develop and maintain key reporting metrics to monitor and assess the health and performance of our streaming products (owned & operated and partner platforms), ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Partner deeply with the product organization to ensure seamless collaboration, prioritization and maintain product excellence across the AMCN organization
  • Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourages sampling and acquisition, deepen our engagement with existing subscribers and drives customer retention
  • Collaborate with the Retention and Lifecycle Marketing teams to develop and maintain a data-driven subscription offer management strategy that can be leveraged across our entire streaming portfolio
  • Understand and inform audience segmentation strategies and how that informs product innovation and iteration
  • Monitor overall performance and rollout of product updates and coordinate with Marketing and PR on any relevant consumer facing enhancements
  • Partner with the Product organization to keep an up-to-date product roadmap to aid and inform daily decisions within the Streaming and Linear Products division
  • Identify key product strategies and features on partner platforms to help inform our owned and operated product roadmap
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across products that will help improve the overall health of the business and drive key business goals
  • Support the integration of new capabilities, features, and tools including A/B testing and optimizations
