Requirements
- a HS diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Responsibilities
- Develops, coaches, and mentors referral specialists.
- Supervises workflow and performance of associates.
- Accepts overload of incoming and escalated phone calls.
- Responds to providers and addresses challenges.
- Provides quality control services.
- Analyzes team, department, and product-line data to develop and implement action plans for improvement.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred.
- Management experience preferred.
