Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or related field
- 5 – 7 years of job related experience
- SHRM/HRCI certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Focus heavily on change management, helping the organization navigate growth, restructuring, and physician group integrations.
- Help develop and implement physician retention and engagement plans across multiple locations and specialties.
- Resolve complex physician relations issues with discretion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of clinical workplace dynamics.
- Design and execute retention plans aimed at reducing turnover and strengthening long-term provider satisfaction.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of physician contracts, compensation structures, and employment policies.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to measure outcomes, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to drive results.
- Be able to communicate at various levels of the organization and have the ability to influence key stakeholders to drive results.
