Metrics Analyst Lead

Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
BS degree with 8 to 12 years of prior OPIR relevant experience or master’s degree with 6 to 10 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Lead a team of analysts (to include lead position) with data analysis and metric develop team and associated projects/programs for mission trends, data consistency, and system performance metrics to be shared with government, team, and stakeholders.
Develop and designs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze mission data.
Must be able to consolidate different format codes (legacy and baseline) systems to trend data performance.
Communicate with government, team, and stakeholders on data availability and adequacy of mission data.
Assess data formatting, and availably to identify potential data fusion sources to enhance mission.
Support the product verification process.
Conduct analyses of metrics to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of mission, sensor, and ground system performance.
Develop metric strategies to ensure system optimization.
Develop metric studies based on government ad hoc requirements.
Develop data mining scripts to support extraction of required metrics. Deliver monthly metrics reports.
