Responsibilities
- Own a book of business: Build and nurture deep, consultative relationships with Shopify merchants, guiding them through onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success with Aftersell.
- Drive product expansion: Partner with merchants to uncover growth opportunities, increase feature utilization, and deliver measurable ROI. You’ll help scale new feature rollouts and proactively identify upsell moments.
- Unblock & optimize: Spot inefficiencies in the Merchant Success workflow and own the solution. You’ll work with the team to build processes, playbooks, and automation that allow us to move faster—without sacrificing quality.
- Use AI to move fast: Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to drive productivity, uncover insights, and deliver a more personalized merchant experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Act as the voice of the customer, working closely with Sales, Partnerships, CS, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmaps, prioritize improvements, and deliver merchant-led innovation.
- Experiment, test, learn: You’ll use data to back your decisions, test new approaches, and constantly look for ways to drive better outcomes—whether that’s merchant satisfaction, retention, or revenue expansion.
