Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of POS systems and the complexity of integrations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI tools, SQL, GSheet analytics, MODE and SFDC reporting
- Proven experience in driving and scaling process automation and improvements
- Enjoy problem-solving, diagnosing issues, and developing creative solutions to challenges
- Comfortable operating in dynamic and ambiguous environments, with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills and a track record of taking ownership of projects to drive results
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Create delightful customer experiences that help empower and grow merchants’ businesses
- Conduct deep dives to root cause merchant issues, and find creative solutions to enable long-term success
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and rigorously test new tools and processes ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality

- Recommend process improvements and jump into exciting projects and pilots that align with the team’s vision and goals.
