Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or a related field
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Uber’s merchant integration strategy to continuously enhance the breadth and depth of our merchant integrations, with a focus on unlocking business value for both Uber and our merchants.
- Own the intake and prioritization of integration requests, balancing merchant needs with Uber’s strategic objectives and technical constraints
- Establish strong relationships across the organization and work closely with many business areas and drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operations to deliver high-impact integration initiatives and scaled solutions for long-tail merchants.
- Build educational materials and develop the playbooks and tooling needed to promote integration best practices and adoption for our internal commercial and operations teams and external merchant partners
- Define and monitor key metrics related to the merchant’s integration experience with Uber, and drive cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve them.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience and program management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), to effectively engage and drive consensus across technical and non-technical audiences
- Master’s Degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the grocery and/or retail industry
- Intermediate/Advanced SQL skills (or ability to develop them quickly)
