Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager within a dealership setting
- A proven ability to sell finance products, close deals effectively, and drive product sales, with documented success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong understanding of automotive finance products: loans, leases, extended service contracts, protection products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of automotive compliance regulations and the ability to handle paperwork efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with dealership finance software and CRMs
