Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of college education or 1 year of human services experience is required
- A valid driver’s License and clean driving history are required

Responsibilities
- Monitor and guide clients during therapeutic and recreational activities, facilitate skill-building exercises, and support clients in achieving treatment goals.
- Respond to incidents and use de-escalation techniques to maintain a calm environment.
- Work closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure consistent care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client behavior and report significant changes promptly. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality and client safety.
- Utilize a compassionate approach to support clients with behavioral health challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in psychology or behavioral health is preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably with adolescents.
