Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- Limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with patient documentation
- Limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with patient diagnosis
- Limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with patient assessments
- Limited experience or training working with set up and maintenance of patient exam rooms, supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Carries out procedures under supervision of Registered Nurse including special precautions, Handle with Care skills and seclusion and restraint correctly and safely.
- Documents all pertinent clinical information on a daily basis, including all unusual incidents.
- Completes documentation for Seclusion/Restraint and Special Precautions accurately.
