Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include the ability to build and maintain strong customer service relationships
- Experience in clinical roles, clinical engagement and/or healthcare navigation
- Demonstrated ability to appropriately and quickly respond to current and future member inquiries and needs
- Ability to be creative to develop innovative solutions for enhancing member satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and must provide accurate record keeping and follow up
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve member engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently, to consistently meet deadlines and performance targets, as well as collaborate with a team
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with healthcare management software and data entry (electronic medical records experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively engage with members
- Exceptional organizational skills and are detail oriented with the proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- The ability to always maintain confidentiality
- A High school diploma or GED
- Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
- An active Arizona fingerprint clearance card
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members that build trust and loyalty
- Understand member needs and preferences to tailor engagement strategies
- Provide support and guidance to help members navigate the healthcare system
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and engagement activities
- Update member information in the Electronic Medical Record
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving member engagement
- Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to coordinate members’ outreach efforts
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for enhancing member engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop outreach materials
- Collect and analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize engagement processes
- Initiate contact with members via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Address member inquiries, provide care options and information about available healthcare services
- Collaborate with clinical team members to facilitate a seamless healthcare approach
