Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include the ability to build and maintain strong customer service relationships
  • Experience in clinical roles, clinical engagement and/or healthcare navigation
  • Demonstrated ability to appropriately and quickly respond to current and future member inquiries and needs
  • Ability to be creative to develop innovative solutions for enhancing member satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and must provide accurate record keeping and follow up
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve member engagement strategies
  • Ability to work independently, to consistently meet deadlines and performance targets, as well as collaborate with a team
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with healthcare management software and data entry (electronic medical records experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively engage with members
  • Exceptional organizational skills and are detail oriented with the proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • The ability to always maintain confidentiality
  • A High school diploma or GED
  • Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
  • An active Arizona fingerprint clearance card
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members that build trust and loyalty
  • Understand member needs and preferences to tailor engagement strategies
  • Provide support and guidance to help members navigate the healthcare system
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and engagement activities
  • Update member information in the Electronic Medical Record
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving member engagement
  • Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to coordinate members’ outreach efforts
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for enhancing member engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop outreach materials
  • Collect and analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize engagement processes
  • Initiate contact with members via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Address member inquiries, provide care options and information about available healthcare services
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to facilitate a seamless healthcare approach
