Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets, preferably in medical or SaaS sales.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Ability to navigate and build relationships across a large geographic region.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs through in-person engagement and support.
  • Flexibility to work needed hours to attend events and adjust strategies based on market trends and organizational goals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays, to maximize territory coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Mikata Health’s footprint in Western Canada.
  • Conduct in-person visits to medical offices, hospitals, and prospective clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Complete additional outbound activities including cold calling to build and maintain relationships.
  • Identify, prioritize, and target key accounts within the territory.
  • Stay informed on regional market dynamics, competition, and client requirements.
  • Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets through effective prospecting and consultative selling techniques.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to effectively track leads, monitor sales activities, and maintain customer records.
  • Ensure timely updates of all sales data and provide visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Foster strong relationships to drive new customer growth and build retention and satisfaction with those new customers.
  • Represent Mikata Health at events, conferences, and industry gatherings to build relationships and promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide detailed activity reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts to the SVP Sales and Marketing.
