Requirements
- Previous healthcare experience
- Background in handling inbound and making outbound calls
- Comfortable using software applications for data entry and client information look-up, such as EMR/EHR & CRM systems
- Active listening and critical thinking skills
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and MS Windows based applications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Adhering to the company’s punctuality and PTO policies
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the patient care plan
- Supporting caregivers and families with empathy and patience
- Helping with prescription refills
- Decoding lab results
- Documenting sensitive patient data
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
