Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Experience with Media Events preferred
- Knowledge of conference room technology, video conferencing systems preferred
- Good organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with customers and coordinate installation teams
- Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously while interacting with a variety of technical personnel and departments
- Technical understanding of audio/visual infrastructure and voice and data applications and ability to troubleshoot, manage, and coordinate projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Provide audio/visual support and respond to work requests and service calls
- Assist with installations, changes, moves, and operational support for meetings, symposiums, and other productions/events requiring audio/visual equipment
- Provide guidance and support for all video conferencing systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Media Events preferred
- Knowledge of conference room technology, video conferencing systems preferred
