Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media buying and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of both organic and paid strategies
- Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms – bonus if you also understand Programmatic media buying
- Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager)
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a full-funnel paid media strategy that supports brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit)
- Analyze and optimize campaign and channel performance, manage budgets, and present actionable insights and recommendations
- Employ sophisticated targeting methodologies, including but not limited to custom, retargeting, and lookalike audiences, to optimize audience reach and engagement.
- Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance, meticulously analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to formulate data-driven recommendations and enhance subsequent campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve
