Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited school with 4+ years of experience
- Proficient in CAD software (Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Understanding of applicable concepts from engineering specifications and drawing structure
- Independently applies GD&T methods and tolerance stack-ups on parts and assemblies
- Works within integrated teams supporting drawing modification and production activities
- Experience leading issue resolution in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance upon hire
Responsibilities
- Creating technical data package artifacts (drawings and documents)
- Creating of Bill of Materials
- Implementation of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in accordance with ASME standards
- Supporting production activity issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work in DoD Missile, Reentry Vehicle, or Hypersonics fields
- Prior work creating engineering drawings using PTC Creo and Windchill
- Understanding of cost and schedule implications of typical engineering deliverables
- Experience working rapidly changing development programs
